What's your 2019 health resolution?
The new year is here and it’s full of promise and possibility. Just because it might be cold outside doesn’t mean we can’t venture into the mountains, or have an urban winter adventure! We love bringing matcha in a thermos for its warming and energizing properties when we play outside… not to mention the high level of antioxidants is helpful for staying healthy in cold and flu season!
Stay healthy in 2019 with this DoMatcha Smoothie Bowl!

Matcha Detox Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie is thick, creamy and refreshing, yet satisfying. It has the detox benefits of matcha and greens - although don't worry, you taste the greens at all. Top it with fruit of your choice and coconut treats!
-1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
-1 cup frozen diced mango
-1 large frozen banana
-1 cup frozen (precooked) cauliflower
-1 cup green lettuce or spinach
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into bowl and eat immediately.
-1/2 cup melted coconut butter
-2-3 drops stevia
-Matcha powder, pitaya powder, or beet powder for colour
Whisk ingredients together, adding enough powder to reach desired shade of colour. Pour the liquid into silicone molds of choice. Place in the fridge to harden and then peel out of the molds. Store them in the fridge for up to 3 months.
