DōMatcha Workout Smoothie

Need a boost? Supercharge your workout with this healthy DoMatcha Workout Smoothie.

Recipe by Aly Shoom a Holistic Nutritionist based in Toronto. 

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pear (very ripe is best)

  • 1 big handful spinach 

  • 10 ice cubes

  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk 

  • 1 tsp DoMatcha

  • A few shakes cinnamon


Toppings (optional): 

  • Bee pollen

  • Goji Berries

  • Cacao nibs 

  • Coconut flakes

Directions: 
Blend all ingredients, then place smoothie in a bowl and top with toppings. Feel free to get creative with your toppings!
